Our western red and yellow cedar shakes and shingles<\/a> are graded in accordance with CSA and UBC standards of certification. Our No. 1 cedar shakes are guaranteed contain no less than 80% edge grain in every bundle. This is a standard in which cedar roofing should be judged.
